Child Wellbeing Unit Review

In April 2011 the Department of Premier and Cabinet commissioned an independent review of the implementation of Child Wellbeing Units. The Child Wellbeing Unit Review report identifies key achievements of the Child Wellbeing Units since they were established in January 2010 and makes 17 recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Units into the future. The Department of Premier and Cabinet and Child Wellbeing Unit Directors will lead implementation of the recommendations in conjunction with Child Wellbeing Unit agencies, Community Services, and the Keep Them Safe Senior Officers Group.
